Booking Policies
*All new clients are required to fill out a consent form that should be completed before your appointment*
DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required when booking an appointment to protect the client and lash technicians time. This deposit will go towards the total cost of the service.
PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due in cash or card only. Refunds will not be provided for any services. Any complications that occur within 72 hours after appointment, contact us so we can resolve the issue.
TARDINESS
A grace period of 15 minutes is given. After the grace period your appointment will be rescheduled or canceled due to your lash technician needing the full time slot to complete the service and to protect clients time arriving after you.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
Reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to protect the lash technicians time and give other clients the time slot you no longer want.
